How long does the battery last?
The battery life of the Trace Smart Tag depends on usage, but on average, it lasts between 18 - 24 months. The app will notify you when the battery is running low, ensuring you always stay informed. You can easily replace your battery as per the recommended guide.
Is the Trace Smart Tag compatible with both Android and iOS devices?
No, the Trace Smart Tag is currently only compatible with the iOS platforms. We are working on a Android solution so stay tuned!
How long does shipping take?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here in the UK will take 1-2 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided at checkout and confirmed in your confirmation email.
